Tech1 can provide estimates, quotes, or reports; however, we need to assess the product first. It is difficult to provide ballpark figures or estimates based on the information customers provide, as there are many variables. Multiple components within a product can cause similar symptoms, and the costs can vary dramatically. This can range from a straightforward repair (85% of the time) to a major repair that may not be economical. Therefore, it is necessary to assess the product first. This assessment will give you the information needed to determine if it is economical to repair, saving you a lot of money. In contrast, purchasing a new product can cost approximately 80% more on average.      

Products Accepted Over the Counter – Brought in by Customers:
Note: There is an inspection fee for any product brought into us over the counter. If the estimate is accepted, the inspection fee will go towards the repair cost. If customers reject the estimate or if parts are not available, we take the inspection fee as a cost to inspect the product and is non-refundable.

Note: The callout fee is $130 (if you are within our main service area) and is non-refundable. The call out fee doesn’t go towards your repair cost. We can go outside our main service area for an additional fee. The callout fee outside our main service area is $160 (subject to condition). The callout fee includes the time of creating a callout, the time of travel and the techs time to arrange inspection of the product.
